Aaloo Tikki Burger Recipe
Hi friends. Welcome to Jyoti's Kitchen. Today, I am going to post the recipe of our favorite "Aaloo Tikki Burger Recipe". Whenever we want to treat our friends, one of the best treat that comes in our mind is Burger treat at McDonald. How nice, it will be if we can make burger at home. Here is the recipe to make it.



Ingredients

  • Burger buns               2 pieces 
  • Cheese Slice              2 pieces
  • Tomato                       2 pieces sliced in round shape
  • Onion                         2 pieces sliced in round shape
  • Mayonnaise               3-4 teaspoon
  • Tomato Sauce           3-4 teaspoon
  • Potato                        4-5 pieces (boiled)
  • Bread                         3-4 Slices
  • Breadcrumb               3-4 tablespoon
  • Corn Flour                  2-3 tablespoon
  • Maida                         1 tablespoon
  • Lal Mirch Powder       1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper             1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder           1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt                             According to taste
  • Garlic Paste                1 teaspoon


Preparation Of Aaloo  Tikki

Take boiled and peeled potatoes in a bowl. Now take bread and mash the potato and bread well.  

 
Mix cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, garlic paste. 

 

 Now make a roll of the mixture and keep it in a plate. Cut it in slices as shown.  

 
Now take corn flour in a bowl. 


Add maida and a pinch of salt. 

 
Add water to make a paste. 

 
Dip each slice of tikki in this paste and then wrap the tikki in breadcrumb. It is done to make the tikki crunchy.

 

Now take butter in a pan and fry each tikki till it gets golden brown. Now keep them aside for later use.   
                 

Method Of Preparation 
Cut the burger buns horizontally and fry them in butter from the inner side. 


Apply mayonnaise on the burger bun slices. 

 
Place onion and tomato slice.

 
Then Place Aaloo Tikki on the slice. 


Again place onion and tomato slice. 


Cover it with cheese slice. 


Now apply mayonnaise and tomato sauce on other burger bun slice and put it over the first one. 


Now the burger is ready to serve.

Soya chunks Masala Korma Recipe
Hi friends, welcome to Jyoti's Kitchen. Today, I am going to post recipe of "Soya Chunks Masala Korma". It is a very yummy dish and favorite recipe of vegetarians. Let's see what ingredients are required to prepare it.


 

Ingredients
  • Soya Chunks               1-2 bowl soaked in hot water
  • Onion                         2-3 pieces
  • Soya Granules             2 tablespoon soaked in hot water
  • Curd                           2-3 tablespoon
  • Kaju                           5-6 piece soaked in water
  • Ginger Garlic Paste     1-2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder         1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder        1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder             1 teaspoon (Roasted)
  • Red Chilli Powder         1/2 teaspoon
  • Kasmiri Mirch Powder   1 teaspoon
  • Ginger                         1/2 teaspoon chopped
  • Black pepper                5-6 pieces
  • Clove                           3 pieces
  • Green Cardamom         2-3 pieces
  • Black Big Cardamom    1 piece
  • Oil                              2-3 tablespoon
  • Cream                         1 tablespoon
  • Bay Leaves                   2 leaves
  • Salt                             According to taste
  • Garam Masala              1/2 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

First of all fry chopped onion until it turns brown. 


Now make paste of fried onion, ginger, curd, Kaju. Now keep it aside.




Take a pan. Add oil and bay leaves.


Add Black pepper, Cloves, Green Cardamom, and Black Cardamom.



Add 1 tablespoon curd and fry it. Keep stove at low flame. Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, kasmiri mirch to the pan in order and fry the mixture.


  





 

 
Now add the paste that was create earlier. Add salt according to taste and fry for some time.




Add cream to the mixture and fry again. When the mixture start leaving oil, add soya granules and cook for few minutes.
 

 



Now add soya chunks and mix properly. Cook it for few minutes and then add water accordingly.



When it starts boiling and the gravy becomes thick, add garam masala. Cook it for 5 minutes.


 


Now your Soya Chunks Masala Korma is ready to serve. 


 Serve it in a serving bowl and can have it with paratha, chapati, rice etc.
