Mushroom Pasta Recipe
Hi friends, Welcome to Jyoti;s kitchen again. Today I am going to post the recipe of "Mushroom Pasta". Pasta is an Italian dish. It is one of the dish that are very famous in India like chinese dish. Pasta is my favourite dish because it gets ready in few minutes.
Ingredients
- Mushroom 5-6 pieces chopped
- Capsicum 1 tablespoon chopped
- Onion 2 tablespoon chopped
- Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic 1 tablespoon chopped
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt According to taste
- Cream 1 tablespoon (Optional)
- Pasta 1 Bowl (Boiled)
- Pasta Sauce 1-2 tablespoon

Method of Preparation
Take 2-3 cups of water in a pan and boil it.
Add some salt to boiled water
Then add 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Add pasta in boiled water and leave it for 10-12 minutes.
Stir it in between till it is completely cooked.
When it seems that the pasta is cooked properly, take it out in a bowl and wash it in fresh water.
Mix it well in some olive oil and keep aside.
Now take some olive oil in a pan.
Add mushroom in the pan and fry it little
When mushroom gets light golden, add some garlic
Add chopped onion and fry it little
Now add chopped capsicum and fry it for few minutes
Add pasta sauce to the mixture
Now add some salt according to taste
Add Pasta to the mixture and mix them well. Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes
If you want creamy pasta then add some cream to the mixture
Add 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Then add red chilli flakes
Mix all the mixture properly
Now your pasta is ready to serve. Garnish it with some grated paneer over it
