अप्पम की रेसिपी

अप्पम  की रेसिपी 

आज हम अप्पम बनाएंगे।  ये बहुत ही आसान और तुरंत बन जाने वाली रेसिपी है। ये  बहुत  ही healthy रेसिपी है। ये डिश बच्चों  को भी पसंद आएगी।

एक बाउल चना दाल, उड़द दाल और चावल लें।



इन सब को भींगो देगें 5 -6 घंटे। अब इनका पेस्ट बना लें।





अब इसमें प्याज, गाजर, शिमला मिर्च, धनिया पत्ता, हरी मिर्च, जीरा पॉवडर, काली मिर्च पॉवडर, काला नमक, नमक डालें।  (बारीक कटे अदरख भी डाल सकते हैं )


अब इसे अच्छे से मिक्स करेंगे। 1 /2 teaspoon ENO  डालें। अब उसके ऊपर 2 teaspoon पानी डालें और अच्छे से मिक्स करें।



अब अप्पम पैन ले और उसमे oil डालें। जब पैन गर्म हो जाए तो उसमें तैयार पेस्ट को डालेंगे। और उसे  5 -6 मिनट तक ढक दें।



अब उसे पलट दें और फिर से oil डालें और ढक दें।


जब दोनों side से golden brown हो जाये तो इसे प्लेट में निकाल लें।  अब इसे अपनी पसंद की चटनी या  सॉस के साथ Serve  करें।

फ्राई फिश (मछली)



Ingredient of fish fry

मछली (fish)                                        1/2 किलो
हल्दी पाउडर (turmeric)                      1 चम्मच
मिर्च पाउडर (red chilli powder)          1/2 चम्मच
नींबू (leman)                                        1 पीस
नमक (salt)                                          स्वादानुसार
बेसन (gram flour)                              1 बड़ा चम्मच
 


बनाने की विधि (Method of preparation)
  • सबसे पहले फिश को पानी से साफ कर लें।  अब नमक डाल कर कुछ देर छोड़ दें।  अब उसे फिर से पानी से धो लें।  अब इसमें बेसन, नमक, हल्दी,लाल मिर्च पाउडर डालें।  




  • अब अच्छे से मिक्स कर लें। अब इसे 10 min छोड़ दें।




  • अब एक पैन लें  और उसमें सरसों तेल डालें और  गर्म करें।   




  • जब तेल गर्म हो जाए तो अब उसमे फिश को डालें। 




  • अब फिश को मीडियम आंच पर फ्राई करें। 




  •  जब एक साइड से फ्राई हों जाये तो उसे पलट दें ताकि फिश अच्छे से फ्राई  हो जाये। 




  • जब फिश गोल्डन ब्रॉउन हो जाए तो इसे एक प्लेट में सर्व करें। अब इसे गार्निश करने के लिए हरी चटनी, प्याज़और धनियापत्ते का प्रयोग करें।

Mawa Chhena Ras Pua / Dessert

Hi friends. Welcome again to Jyoti's Kitchen. As the festival of colors, "HOLI" is coming next month. We make lots of dishes and dessert during this festival. So, I decided to post the recipe of our favorite sweet dish during this festival "Ras Pua". It is basically a Bihari/Rajasthani dish.

Ingredients
Khoya/Mawa                150gm
Maida                            250gm
Chhena                         250gm
Sugar                            2 Cup
Milk                               2 Cup
Dry Fruits                      2 tablespoon (blanched & Sliced)
Elaichi Powder             1/4 teaspoon



Method Of Preparation

1. To prepare the batter for Ras Pua, Take maida in a bowl.



2. Add Khoya to the bowl.



3. Add Chhena to the bowl.



4. Add dry fruits - kismis, Cashew nuts (Kaju), Almonds (Badams).



5.  Now add milk to the mixture.



6. Now mix them all to form a lump-less smooth thick batter.





7. Make Chhasani (Sugar Syrup) and add elaichi (cardamom) powder.



8.  Now take some ghee in a pan and heat till it melts. Keep stove at medium flame.




9. When to ghee get heated, pour full tablespoon of batter in ghee slowly. It will automatically spread to get round shape.




10. Let them get fried properly till they get golden brown color.




11. Flip them and fry. Make sure they get fried properly from both side.



12. Now take them out from pan one by one and put them in Chasani (Sugar Syrup). Leave them 5 minute in syrup for some time. When they soak chasani, take them out in a plate.




13. Now garnish them with dry fruits.




14. Your Ras Pua is ready to serve.

Soft & Spongy Gujarati Sweet Khaman Dhokla Recipe

Gujarati Sweet Khaman Dhokla
 
Hi friends. Welcome to Jyoti's Housewife Diary. Today, I am going to post a Gujarati Khaman Dhokla recipe. It is sweet, soft and spongy. It is a famous dish of Gujarat and liked all over the world.

 Ingredients
  • Besan (Gram flour)         1 Bowl
  • Sooji                               1 tablespoon
  • Curd (Dahi)                     1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves            1 tablespoon chopped 
  • Ginger Paste                  1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder            1/3 teaspoon
  • Salt                                 According to taste
  • Refined Oil                     1 teaspoon
  • ENO Powder                  1 Packet


Method of Preparation
  
Preparation Of Dhokla batter

Take besan in a bowl.


Add 1 tablespoon Sooji.


Add 1/3 teaspoon Turmeric powder


Add 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste


Add Salt according to taste

 

Add 1 tablespoon curd in the bowl
 
 

Add 1 tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves


Add 1 teaspoon refined oil


Add water accordingly to make thick batter


Now Mix them well


  

Now take microwave safe pan


  
Take 1 teaspoon refined oil and spread it properly throughout the pan (grease it) as shown below


Now pour the batter created earlier in this pan
 

Take 1 teaspoon ENO and add to the batter


Now mix the batter quickly so as to look little bubbly like below


The Dhokla batter is ready. Put the pan in the microwave

  

Leave it for 4-5 minutes. After that check for the doneness by inserting a knife in the dhokla. If it is not done then again leave it for 1-2 minutes in microwave. 
 

 

Our dhokla is ready. Now its time to temper and garnish the dhokla

Ingredients for tempering and garnishing

  • Coconut                     1 tablespoon grated
  • Coriander leaves       1 tablespoon
  • Sugar                         2 tablespoon
  • Curry Leaves             8-10 leaves (Kadi patta)
  • Mustard Seeds          1 teaspoon
  • Refined                      1 teaspoon
  • Green Chili                 3-4 long and cut from middle
  • Water                         1-2 cup


Take 1 teaspoon refined oil in a pan


Add mustard seed in the pan



Add curry leaves


Add green chili

Add water accordingly



Add 1 tablespoon sugar


  

Add grated coconut


Add coriander leaves



Now take this mixture in a bowl




Take the dhokla in a plate and cut like this.


Garnish the dhokla with grated coconut



Pour the tempering mixture evenly over the khaman dhokla


Wow! Our sweet, spongy khaman dhokla is ready to serve.
