Pizza & Pasta Sauce Recipe


Hello friends, Welcome to Jyoti's Kitchen. Today, I am going to post the recipe of "Pizza & Pasta Sauce".
Some day before, I decided to make homemade Pizza. I went to market to purchase the ingredients. Pizza Sauce is one of the important ingredient to make pizza. But I found that it is very costly. So I decided to make my own Pizza sauce at home. This sauce can also be used for Pasta. This recipe will reduce the cost of making Pizza at home. Let's move further.

Ingredients
  • Tomato                              4-5 boiled
  • Olive Oil                            1 tablespoon
  • Garlic                                1 teaspoon paste 
  • Garlic                               1 teaspoon chopped
  • Onion                                1 piece
  • Oregano                            1/2 teaspoon
  • Dry Red Chilli Flakes          1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato Ketchup                1 tablespoon 
  • Chilli Powder                    1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt                                  According to taste
  • Sugar                               1/2 teaspoon
  • Ajinomoto                        1 pinch powder


Process of preparation

First of all, take 3 cups of water in a pan and boil it. Put tomatoes in this boiled water and let them boiled for 4-5 minutes. 




Now remove tomatoes from pan and remove skin of tomatoes and grind them in grinder to make paste. 




Now take 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan. 




Add chopped garlic in the pan. 



Then add garlic paste and chopped onions in pan and fry a little. 




Now add tomato paste in the pan. When it starts boiling, add oregano, chilli flakes, salt, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder and sugar. 











Now cook the mixture for 8 minutes. Then add small pinch of ajinomoto powder.


Now Sauce is ready to use with Pizza or Pasta. Keep it in freeze for later use.

Spicy Soya Chaap Recipe


Hello friends, Welcome once again to Jyoti's Kitchen. Today, I am going to post the recipe of "Spicy Soya Chaap Recipe". As everybody know, Soya is a full of Protiens, Vitamins and Fibers this is a very healthy recipe due to its ingredients. Many vegetarian peoples also treat it as an alternative of Chicken leg piece. So for vegetarians it is a very delicious and healthy dish. 

Ingredients

  • Soya Chaap                             6 pieces
  • Tomato                                     2 piece
  • Green Chilli                              1 piece
  • Soya Chaap Masala                1 packet
  • Cream                                      1 cup
  • Milk                                          2-3 cups
  • Oil                                            2-3 tablespoon
  • Garam Masala                         1/4 teaspoon
  • Ginger                                      Optional

Process to cook

Create paste of tomato, onion, chilli and ginger (1 inch piece) using grinder and keep it later use.




Now cut Soya Chaap into small pieces of 1 inches as shown, after detaching it from the stick. 




Take 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. 




Fry them for some time in oil. 



Now take them out from pan and keep it for later use. 




Now add some more oil in pan. Add the tomato onion paste created above in the pan and fry it. 




When the paste starts emitting oil then add soya chaap masala in the pan and fry them.




Now add cream in the mixture and fry again properly. 




When the masala paste starts emitting oil then add fried soya chaap in the pan. 





Now fry them for 4-5 minutes. 




Now add some salt (Soya Chaap Masala already have salts mixed int it so add accordingly). 




Now add milk in the mixture and fry for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. 




When the mixture starts boiling and the gravy become thicker then add garam masala. 




Now cook it for 2-3 minutes while the gravy becomes little thicker. Now your "Spicy Soya Chaap" is ready to serve. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with paneer, tomato or coriander leaves.

Paneer Besan Spicy Fried Rice Recipe 

Welcome to Jyoti's Kitchen again. Today, I am going to post the recipe of "Paneer Besan Spicy Fried Rice". Fried Rice is my favourite dish. In my childhood, my mother often gave me fried rice my lunch. Since then, it is my favourite dish. So, I want to share this recipe with you.

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice                                   2 cups
  • Pieces of besan                              1 cup
  • Paneer                                           1 cup
  • Ghee                                             1-2 tablespoon
  • Kaju                                              1 tablespoon
  • Kismis                                           1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric  powder                          1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder                           1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt                                               According to taste                        
  • Cumin seed(Jeera)                         1 teaspoon
  • Boiled pea                                      1 cup
  • Black cardamom(badi elaichi)         2 piece
  • Chopped coriander                         1-2 teaspoon                  
  • Curd                                              1 tablespoon
  • Oil                                                 1 teaspoon
  • Hing                                               2 pinch
  • Bay leaf                                         1-2 piece


Ingredients of besan cube:
  • Besan                              2 cups
  •  Hing                               2 pinch
  • Curd.                              1 tablespoon
  •  Red chilli powder           1/4 teaspoon
  •  Oil                                 1 teaspoon
  • Salt                                 According to taste





















Preparation of besan cube :

Mix all the ingredients mentioned for besan cube to create dough. 




Make balls by dividing  the dough into equal size and roll each of them as follows:



Now get some water boiled in a pan and put these rolls in boiled water. Leave them for 10-15 minutes. Then take them out and cut them into small cube like structure.












Preparation of Spiced Paneer cubes

Take some small pieces of paneer in a bowl. 










Mix 1 teaspoon paneer tikka masala, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, two teaspoon milk and salt according to taste and keep it away to use it later.









Preparation of Paneer Besan Spicy Fried Rice





Take 2 tablespoon in a pan. Add cumin seeds and black cardamom. 




Now add besan cubes and paneer cubes and fry them for sometime.





When paneer starts getting brown, add Kaju and Kismis.




Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.



Now add boiled pea in the mixture. 













Now add some salt according to taste. 












Add cooked rice in the pan and mix them properly. 












Keep stirring for 5 minutes.
















Your dish is ready now. Serve it in a plate and garnish with chopped coriander and grated paneer.
